Items must be paid in full before the factory direct shipping is confirmed. Shipping to our warehouse is estimated to be 14-21 days to our warehouse. Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt and timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive within 14-21 days. The 14-21-day timeframe is an estimate that typically applies to the majority of our items. However, certain circumstances beyond our control may result in unforeseen delays. There will be a 14-day grace period for all Xpress items. In the rare event that your item(s) do not arrive within 28 days from the time of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. It's important to understand that delivery availability is not guaranteed. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering an item to your desired location, you will be required to arrange for pickup at our warehouse. Our delivery service is curbside, meaning that items will be placed outside your home or in an enclosed garage area. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to enter your home or assemble items that require assembly.
