All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
All bids are a legally binding contract between the buyer and auctioneer. By bidding on any lot, the buyer agrees to pay the high bid price, buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Failure to pay for lots purchased will result in buyers being banned from future auctions.
The credit card used to register will be charged for all invoices totaling $2,500 or less within 24 hours of the auction close. For more than $2,500 the buyer must pay by echeck within 48 hours of auction close.
In the event the credit or debit card used to register for the auction is declined during the checkout process, the bidder will have until 5:00 pm on the day following the auction close to provide an alternate payment option. After 5:00 pm the buyer will be considered as a non paying buyer and will be banned from future auctions.
High Country Auction Company makes no guarantees as to the condition of any lot. All descriptions are based on consignors information and our limited physical inspection. Buyer is responsible for inspecting any lots they choose to bid on.
We assume any and all lots purchased by bidders not located in Colorado will require shipping. Non Colorado residents not requiring shipping and Colorado residents needing shipping must notify the auctioneer before the close of the auction.
Shipping is not available for every lot. Buyer is responsible for verifying the listing notes shipping is available prior to bidding.
All shipping will be handled by a third party. They will contact you after the close of the auction. No refunds will be made for items that can not be shipped.
Refunds will not be issued for items not claimed during the pickup times, or for items not able to be shipped to out of state buyers unless the auction catalog was in error.
All items being picked up will be charged Colorado Springs sales tax.

This month we have a nice assortment of items including a generator, dog items, kids toys and fishing equipment. 1 Generator Kohler gas powered generator. 3500 watt, 120 volt. Two outlets with 15 amp circuit breakers. Starts easily even when cold. Runs well. See the YouTube link to see it running. 2 Mr. Heater Used but like new Mr Heater portable buddy heater. 4,000 or 9,000 BTU. Comes with the accessory hose to connect it to a 20 lb cylinder or can be used with the small green propane cylinders 3 Bank Proof Set 1996 bank proof set. In the original box with certificate of authenticity. 4 Landyachtz longboard Used Landyatcz longboard, bear trucks. Some wear from use. 5 Display board Very unique sandwich display board. Build out of 1x4 lumber and covered in carpet. Has two hinges at the top and a chain to limit the opening. One lure looks to be vintage. Also includes the clear box full of lures. Clear box is broken. 13 Old Pal tackle box Old Pal Woodstream tackle box. The box is full of various lures, jigs and bobbers. 14 Plano tackle box Plano one tray tackle box full of lures, bobbers and a fillet knife. Some lures appear to be vintage. 15 Hiawatha fishing reel Vintage Hiawatha bait casting reel. The body is marked no 6515. In nice shape. 16 Tackle box Double sided Plano tackle box. Includes a few misc lures and a tape measure. 17 Fly reel Crystal River fly reel, model CR-560. 18 Dry Box Dry box with compass. 19 Blaze Orange gear Large Cabela�s brand blaze orange hunting vest.
