Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. Storage of Personal Property Items: Any item stored at a Butler Auctioneers facility past the scheduled pickup dates will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee unless arrangements have been made with the auction company. Forfeiture of Items: Any item/lot that has not been paid for or picked up from any Butler Auctioneers, LLC location by the end of the scheduled pickup times without arrangements being made, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by the Auctioneer. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location.
