Extension Service for any tilling or planting which Buyer may have done, and Buyer shall immediately relinquish possession to Sellers and neither party shall be liable to the other for any further damages.  Complete possession is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer or title, at closing. Registration: All bidders are required to register with valid form of ID and acknowledge and agree to auction terms & conditions.
