If you are the winning bidder you must pay and pick up your items, failure to do so and you will not be allowed to bid on our auctions again. STAGGERED CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00pm on Sunday, December 10, 2023. The first item will begin to close and an item will close every 10 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN A GOOD AREA FOR INTERNET RECEPTION TO KEEP UP WITH ALL CURRENT BIDS. LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Pay on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 3-7pm CST and make arrangement for pick up. Winning bidders may pick up their items at FFL dealer. SHIPPING: Bill Allen Auction Service LLC will ship at BUYERS EXPENSE to a local FFL dealer. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 12% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example, if you bid $50.00, you will be charged $56.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 4% convenience fee), personal check (up to $2000.00) with proper ID, & Cash. BAAS DOES NOT HAVE YOUR CARD FROM HIBID! Checks over $2000.00 mjust be pre-approved by BAAS. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. If we have never done business with you before and are shipping items to you a total of more than $200.00, payment must be made by check due to the amount of credit card fraud that occurs. If we have an established business relationship we will accept credit and debit card for payment with no limit amount at BAAS discretion.
