BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. This ring sits up high off the finger�about half an inch�& sparkles nicely. 43 14K Gold Band Ring With Channel-Set Round Diamonds This is a fairly heavy ring, is hallmarked & is about a size 7. We do not know the diamond weight. Diamonds are set at the top & bottom & among the wavy gold center fingers. 44 14K Gold Ring With Australian Opals/Pink Center Stone/Small Diamonds This is another hallmarked nicely weighted gold ring. It is about a size 6.5. The center stone is supposedly a pink sapphire but we could not verify that. The color combination is beautiful. 45 14K Gold .85 Carat Sapphire 1/2 Carat Diamond Ring This beautiful ring comes with a 2008 evaluation of $1262. It is hallmarked & is about a size 7. All information about it is on the card. 46 10K Gold Large Amethyst Stone Ring This is possibly a custom ring & we are selling it as 10K since there is an incomplete stamp. A meweler has stated the amethyst is about 4 carats. Size is about an 8.5. 47 14K Gold Medium Forest Green Tourmaline Earrings Per our consignor, the total gemstone weight is 6 carats. The stones are emerald cut. 48 10K Gold Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Pendant On Gold-Tone Sterling Chain Both pendant & the 18 inch chain are hallmarked. The pendant is an inch long. 49 Tanzanite Colored Stones & Silver-Tone Dangles Necklace Only the clasp is marked for sterling on this necklace although it was bought as sterling.
