A buyer's premium is an advertised percentage of or flat fee that will be added to the high bid amount and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. SOFT CLOSING: Each auction item is scheduled to end at a specific time, however all Online auctions performed by Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales use a "Soft Close" feature. During SOFT CLOSING bidding will remain open on any item that receives a bid within the last 2 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. Time extensions are added in 2 minute intervals to the original auction closing time and to each extension's closing time when a bid is placed during that 2 minute extension. For example: An item is scheduled to close at 11:00am, and a bid is placed between 10:58am and 11:00am, the closing time will be extended by 2 minutes until 11:02am. If a bid is once again placed within the closing 2 minute interval, the time will extend until 11:04am and so on. Once a 2 minute interval has passed without any bids, the auction for the item will close and the lot will show as COMPLETED. Remember to click the "Refresh" button on your web browser frequently before the item closes and during any extension periods. Your screen may not "auto-refresh" and you may not see bids placed after yours if you don't manually refresh. PICK UP: Local pick up for this auction is preferred. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you request a shipping exception. *We would also like to remind our bidders that Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales is not authorized to assist at pick-ups. It is required that you bring assistance with you to lift and load heavy, large, or bulky items. If you are unable to attend during scheduled pick-up times due to unforseen circumstance, please contact Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales. A $20 fee may apply. Any item(s) remaining after pick-up date ARE CONSIDERED FORFEITED and ownership reverts back to the seller. No refunds will be given. Forfeited items may be sold at the discretion of the seller. Please contact Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales for shipping. Buyer responible for all shipping charges. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for all purchases is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales will charge Purchase price, Buyer's Premium charges, applicable sales tax, and any other fees to the credit card that you submit at time of registration for invoices up to $2,000.00. Any invoice over $2,000.00 will require a wire transfer unless other arrangements have been made with Rocky Mountain Estate and Coin Sales PRIOR to the end of the Auction. Buyer is responsible for any fees their bank charges to wire funds. Funds must be wired the next business day after the Auction ends before 3:00pm. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will receive an invoice after the auction ends with confirmation of items on which you were the successful bidder with the final amount charged. If the charges are declined by the credit card processor a Non-sufficient Funds charge of $25.00 will be assessed to the buyer. The buyer will immediately be notified of NSF transaction through e-mail and be given 24 hours to contact Rocky Moutain Estate and Coin Sales with an alternative payment method. TAX: Sales tax will be collected on all items purchase by Wyoming residents or being shipping for delivery within the state of Wyoming. Sales tax for this auction is 5%.
