Cash/check payers please note that you will be paying by cash/check at the time of registration. Cash or good check payable at pick up location, "Plymouth Building", 310 N. Michigan St. Room 102, Plymouth, IN from 2:00 till 6:00 P.M - Wednesday, December 13th. Please make check payable to Re/Max Oak Crest Realty. No out of state checks. Everything sold �as is.� Not responsible for accidents or merchandise after sold. Receipts will be issued at time payment is made , and are required for pick up. All sales are pick-up only. SORRY...ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING. Call Matt @ 574-952-1915 to schedule an alternate pick up time. To pick up your merchandise: Pickup to be Wednesday Dec. 13, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Items can be picked up at the Plymouth Building 310 N. Michigan St., Room 102. If you need help carrying or removing your items from the location, please bring along someone who can help you.
