Deposit: All bidders are required to register with a $500 cash deposit. (Must be in cash, no card or check). If you purchase something, then the deposit is applied towards your purchase. If you do not purchase anything, then it will be refunded to you. Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyer’s Premium added to final bid price on each item when bidding in house. A 3% convience fee for all credit cards and checks without bank letters of guarantee will be charged. All credit cards will be charged immediately following the close of the auction for any online purchases. Sales Tax: 9% Sales Tax on all items except for vehicles. You must provide a copy of your resale tax certificate if you are tax exempt. Title Fee: A $50 title fee per vehicle will be charged. This includes trailers or any item with a title. The deadline for consignments is Wednesday September 11th 4:30pm CST. No exceptions. All sales are final and everything is sold “as is where is” with no warranty or guarantee. We encourage you to inspect thoroughly before purchasing. All items must be removed no later than September 28th 4:30pm. Bonnette Auction Company is not responsible for any items left at our facility after this date.
