The credit/debit card provided during auction registration will be charged at the end of the auction for all items purchased. AUCTION PICK-UP WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 FROM 9:00AM TO 5:00PM AND SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26 FROM 12:00PM TO 5:00PM AT THE AUCTION GALLERY (944 MARTINSBURG ROAD, BERKELEY SPRINGS, WV 25411).

Appointments are not required, but please be aware that there may be a short wait, especially if we are assisting other customers, when you arrive. This is a large auction, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

WINNING FIREARMS BIDDERS MUST PICK UP THEIR OWN FIREARMS and must bring government-issued photo ID to complete background check/transfer paperwork. No one else may pick up any firearm on behalf of a winning bidder.

HANDGUNS PURCHASED BY OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS must be shipped to an FFL in the buyer’s home state and cannot be picked up at the auction house.

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL FIREARMS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK and registration fee of $20.00 for the first firearm and $5.00 for each additional firearm purchased by the same bidder. (For example, the total fee for two firearms would be $25.00.) Winning bidders will be required to pay this fee, either by cash or check, when picking up their firearms.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING AND REMOVING ALL ITEMS (including furniture and similarly large, heavy, and/or bulky items) from the auction house and loading them into/onto their vehicles. PLEASE BRING WHATEVER BOXES OR PACKING MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT OR TOOLS, AND/OR HELP YOU NEED.
