All auction lots are sold AS-IS, where-is without any warranties whatsoever.
A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. All purchases made by Indiana Residents will be subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Sales tax will be charged on the Hammer Price and Buyers Premium. Any winning bid over $5,000.00 must be paid in cash at pickup or with a wire transfer at the expense of the buyer. A 3% discount will be given to any cash or check buyers. Titles will be released once full payment is processed.
NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. Items must be picked up on location at 24 West CR 750 N, Rockport, Indiana 47635. Pickup will be Monday, November 20th from 11:00am to 4:00pm CST and Tuesday, November 21st from 10:00am-Noon at location. Auction crew may only allow 3 people in the home at one time to remove large items. Buyers with one small item or several small items may be asked to wait for auction crew to bring there items out to them. If items are not picked up by Friday, November 24th they will be resold and no refunds will be given.
BIDDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR packing, loading and moving all items purchased without assistance from Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC. Dixon & Dixon Auction Service LLC WILL NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and the equipment needed to load the item(s).
