Errors may occur. Closing Lots: The lots in this auction will begin closing at the published time on the date specified. Not all lots close at the same time. Lots will extend when there is a bid placed in the last 60 seconds of bidding. A lot will only close when there has been no further bidding activity for at least 60 seconds. Closing speed and the interval of the closing will be determined on a case-by-case basis, it is usually between 1-3 lots every 1-3 minutes but will vary. Lot closing speeds and intervals are adjusted for each auction attempt to complete all lots in no more than approximately 2-3 hours. All items not picked up or arranged to be picked up will be assumed to require shipping and will be prepared accordingly at the conclusion of the scheduled pickup. Shipping: Auction Company will provide in-house shipping. We will ship via USPS priority 1-3 day service, adult signature required for delivery. Insurance will be added only at the buyer’s request. We charge actual postage plus $15 per package for materials/handling. We will combine lots as much as possible. Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each. Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid. Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing. Please note: Bidders must bring help to load and supplies to pack/secure their items. Auction Co will have boxes available for sale at the pickup. The published pickup date/time is only date/time available for pickup. Accommodations for other pickup date/time cannot be guaranteed. If accommodations are made, Buyer will be charged, paid in advance, $25/hour including port-to-port travel for our staff member to facilitate the alternate pickup, minimum charge for this is $75.00. If the pre-paid alternate pickup charge does not cover the actual time, Buyer will be invoiced for additional charges. If Auction Co transports items to another location, there is a paid-in-advance charge of $15 per lot (at Auction Co’s discretion, large, heavy, or bulky items cannot be accommodated) . 

 

Auction Company will provide in-house shipping. We will ship via USPS priority 1-3 day service, adult signature required for delivery. Insurance will be added only at the buyer’s request. We charge actual postage plus $15 per package for materials/handling. We will combine lots as much as possible. Items will be shipped from our location at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV in approximately 10 days from the close of the auction.

 

SPECIAL NOTE: Auction Company does not accept credit card payments for GOLD COINS or invoices over $5,000.000 unless the card hold is present and verified. We do not accept credit cards over the phone or via the internet for gold coins. If your invoice includes gold coins, we will require payment via cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, or wire transfer. If you’re picking up in person, we will run your card at pickup with positive ID and signed CC authorization.

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.

Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the items or lots by reason of their being incorrectly described orally or written, invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by the auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults or errors. All marketing and information has been prepared only as a guide and is not offered as completely accurate, nor does it give the buyers all of the information on the item or lot. Except as herein contained, there shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever. Buyers will accept the items or lots in spite of any defects or conditions, known or unknown, visible or not visible, and therefore buyers do by these presents remise, release, acquit, quit claim and forever discharge the sellers, auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents from any and all claims now and in the future. The buyers hold the obligation and duty to inspect all items and lots during the inspection period prior to any bidding. Buyers are urged to physically inspect the items or lots during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason. Buyer understands that these terms as well as all other terms and conditions can only be amended or revised in writing and signed by the auctioneer. Buyer also agrees that any oral, written or electronic representation made by the auctioneer, seller, employees or agents shall not modify these terms. Buyer understands that any description given in the catalog or written on the lot is not guaranteed, and the buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection and/or investigations. All information and descriptions contained in advertising this sale are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by the auctioneer, seller, employees or agents for any errors or omissions. Every item sold is sold As-Is, Where-Is. Joe R. Pyle Auctions provides condition information only as a courtesy to the bidders and is not responsible for errors in description or condition. Buyers have the opportunity to view the items in person and determine condition as well as any other factors relating to the description of the item and have the obligation to do so prior to bidding.


Forfeiture: If you do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeit them. In this regard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing all ownership and claim to the items in question to the auctioneer with no expectations of reimbursement; however, you are still responsible for the invoice total. No refunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. If you wish to forfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removal deadline. Buyer agrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removal deadline are considered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible for invoice total.

Removal of Items: Local pickup is available on the designated date and time only. Winning bidders are expected pick up items during the scheduled pickup times. If you are unable to pickup during the schedule time and wish to schedule an alternative time for pickup, the charge to do so is $25/hour (including staff travel to and from the pickup location), the minimum for this service is $75.00. All items not picked up or arranged to be picked up will be assumed to require shipping and will be prepared accordingly at the conclusion of the scheduled pickup.

Shipping: Auction Company will provide in-house shipping. We will ship via USPS priority 1-3 day service, adult signature required for delivery. Insurance will be added only at the buyer’s request. We charge actual postage plus $15 per package for materials/handling. We will combine lots as much as possible. Items will be shipped from our location at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV in approximately 10 days from the close of the auction.

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.

Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.

Payment: The credit card on file with your online account will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can only be accepted if the card on file has first been charged and declined/rejected. For declined card, payments accepted at pickup may be in the form of cashier’s check or money order, business checks or personal checks will be accepted only with positive ID and Auction Company approval. Business or personal checks of $10,000.00 or more must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Credit. Cash payments at pickup our discouraged.

Gold Coins & Invoices over $5,000: The Auction Company does not accept credit payment via phone or internet transaction for the purchase of gold coins or for the payment of invoices over $5,000.00. If your invoice includes gold coins and/or the total of your invoice is $5,000.00 or more, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer. We will accept credit card payment, in person, upon verification of the buyer’s identity and completion of a signed Credit Card authorization form, at the in-person pickup.
