Buyer's Premium: There is a 10% buyer's fee with a maximum of $975.00 per items, when paying within the stated time and with an acceptable payment method. Buyer's premium may be listed in the terms of the specific auctions or listed in the description of the items. Buyer's Premium will be added to the purchase price of each item. Any other types of payment, other than the acceptable forms of payment listed below, are subject to a 13% buyer's fee on the full amount of the sale. Payment: Successful bidder is responsible for making payment within 2 business days of the close of the auction and for removal of the item after full payment has been received & cleared through our controller's office. All payments are to be made to Dan Pike Auction Company / PIKEBID.com - by cash, cashier's check with bank verification, or by wire transfer. Once the complete payment is received & full payment clears our controller's office, a paid invoice will be provided to the buyer. Only at that point can the item be picked up and the buyer may take full possession. No items will be released until full payment clears our controller's office. If you do not make full payment by the settlement date posted, your credit card will be billed for your purchases and & all fees. If your credit card is used for settle of your purchases a 4% convenience will be added to your total amount due. Failure of the bidder to submit payment or failure to remove all items will result in the bidder being blocked from future auctions with no notification and it will be turned over to the district attorneys office for collection & prosecution. You agree to be held liable for for ALL collection expenses, court costs, storage fees and any other costs or expenses incurred by the Dan Pike Auction Company. Payment instructions will be on the invoice. As stated above, any type of payment, other than the listed acceptable forms of payment, are subject to a 13% buyer's fee on the full amount of the sale. You further understand and agree that failure to remove items in the stated time for the auction will subject you to moving and storage fees unless arrangements have been made with the seller prior to purchase. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Taxes: All applicable sales & use tax will be added to the purchase price of all non-titled items. Titles: Titles will be filled out in the name of the purchaser unless otherwise directed. ALL titles will be transferred to Minnesota buyers. Non-Minnesota buyers will not have titles transferred and will need to transfer titles in their respective states. No open titles will be issued. There will be a $35 title document handling processing fee for each title, along with all applicable taxes & license fees. Titles will be transferred for all Minnesota residents and mailed to other outstate buyers via certified mail 14 business days after payment is received. Some vehicles are sold with no title; this will be noted in item descriptions. Guns: Please be advised of the following: Bidders must be over the age 18. Handgun purchases require a Minnesota State Permit to Purchase, a Minnesota Concealed Carry Permit or an FFL License. All gun sales are non-contingent. You will pay first, then we do the NICS check. If the NICS check comes back as "proceed," you can take possessions of the gun; if the NICS check comes back as a "delay," we will keep the gun until we are cleared to release it. If the NICS check comes back as "denied," we will re-sell the gun for YOU (owner) at normal auction commissions/fees. NOTE: Firearms can only be shipped to licensed FFL Dealers. Removal: Successful bidders are responsible for all shipping, loading and removal of any and all property awarded. The purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, if it is not removed by the removal date and no refund will be due you. MAX BIDDING: If you are not going to be available when the auction ends, you can place a MAX BID by entering the highest amount you are willing to pay and the computor system will automatically increase your bid on your behalf as other bids are made up to your stated MAX BID amount.
