Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. There is no fee to register but a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only) will be required to verify identity. By bidding you are representing to Strawser Auction Group and the Seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. PLEASE NOTE: Some coins may have a grade on the package or in the listing/lot title, This grade IS NOT to be relied upon, unless the grade is by a Certified Grading Company. Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions.� No Returns! No warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, concerning the Personal Property, its condition, or the condition of any other components on the Personal Property, is made by the Seller or Strawser Auction Group. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions.� No Returns! Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller.
