Nebraska Title Company shall be the title insurance company and will conduct the escrow closing. The farm is not being sold contingent on loan approval. Make all financial arrangements prior to the auction. The property is sold in �AS IS� condition with no survey, warranties, inspections, repairs, or treatments provided or paid for by the Seller or Real Estate Firm. Schultis & Son, Inc. are agents of and represent the Seller in this transaction. Online bidders will have a 1% Buyer's Premium (No Buyer Premium for on site Buyer). Any announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over printed or oral information provided. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Seller.
