Due to selling their farm and relocating we will be selling the personal property of Mr. & Mrs. Roy (Sonny) and Jean Lee of 217 Lee Street, Wellersburg, PA 15564.  From Cumberland take Rt. 36 south past Motor City approx. 5.5 miles.  Turn right onto 47N towards Wellersburg.  Go approx. 2.1 miles - at the PA line turns into N160 short distance - turn left at Plank Road Carpet sign.  Stay on this road 1.1 miles to auction site on left.  Go up Lee Street.  Watch for signs.

4 Wheelers:  2 – 2007 Honda 4 Trax Ranchers 420ES 4 wheelers – excellent condition – one has 1,610 miles and the other has 2,167 miles.  Green & red colors – elec. shift with titles.  One also has cycle country snow plow.

Lumber:  Several stacks of asst. lumber, asst. types & sizes.  Hundreds of board feet – most has been stored in barn for 30 years.  Rough saw mill.  To be sold by the stack – cherry, walnut, oak, pine.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  This is a huge auction.  Two auctioneers selling from two locations (barn & house) beginning at 9:00 a.m.  At 2:00 we will sell the farm machinery – vehicles – 4 wheelers – mowers & implements.  Plan to attend this auction at “High View Farm” and enjoy the fabulous view.  Since Mr. Lee purchased his equipment, he has kept everything inside and maintained.  This auction will take a while.  Make plans to stay late.  A tractor with a bucket will be available auction day to help with loading.  A grace period will be given to buyers for later pick up.  This is not just farm machinery and tools, but lots coming from the house and collectibles.  Auction will be held rain or shine.  Do not miss this one!!!  We will be walking to sell, but plenty of room if you bring a chair.
