By registering as an Internet Buyer, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Buyers Premium: 10% on all items Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer in order to be approved. All hour meters, odometers, tachometers are assumed correct, but will not be verified by George Auction Group. That is the buyers responsibility. NO pickup is allowed on Auction Day. Payments must be paid in FULL within 4 Business days No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. Pick up can be done on same day as payment only if paying with cash or cashiers check. NO EXCEPTIONS Payments can be made via the following methods: Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer only. Wire Fee of $25.00 for domestic and $70.00 for out of USA. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $70.00 fee Will be added to all foreign wire transfers to cover Bank Fees. Cashier's Check: Personal Check: All personal checks are all subject to a 7-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. Credit Card: A 3.25% fee will be added to all credit card payments. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Bidders from outside the State will be exempt from Sales Tax if they provide an approved tax exemption status form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State. Items must be picked up within 14 days or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to customer. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All shipping quotes are a $20.00 fee. ANY labor involved with shipping and/or loading with be billed at $85.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents.
