All sales are final. To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473, you must present your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and buyer age.) Examples: Texas State Driver�s License or other Valid Government Issued Identification that will fulfill the requirements. Texas License to Carry Hand Gun license holder is exempt from the background check though they are required to complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver�s License on hand. Because we sell the estate and or used firearms, the buyer agrees to have any weapon checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer will assume all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm�s condition, use & security/storage. Buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership. The owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns/weapons are potentially dangerous if handled or stored improperly. We have no established testing facility. Therefore, we assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. PAYMENTS 1. We accept cash until 5pm Auction Day due to security. We must be notified if you plan on bringing cash Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and credit cards. 2. Any Wire Transfers must be completed and funds transferred in full by Monday, October 30, 2023. 3. Credit card payments will have an additional 3.49% convenience fee added to your invoice. 4.
