*All lots sold at auction are final. You may not back out on lot(s) you were the winning bidder and not pay for them.
*John Carl Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point. John Carl Auction Company also reserves the right to reopen any lots in the case of a dispute or system failure. No questions asked.
*No international shipping for ammo.

The Chamber's 2023 Annual Celebration, celebrating the Elizabethtown business community, will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 starting at 5:30 pm at the beautiful Star Barn at Stone Gables. Only Chamber Members are invited to the celebration at The Star Barn but there will be online bidding open to anyone.
The Annual Celebration is a premiere event in the Elizabethtown area, bringing together individuals and businesses for an elegant evening of entertainment, delicious dinner and drinks, and a silent auction � all in support of the Chamber. The event at the Star Barn is for Etown Chamber Members only but this year the silent auction will be done with online bidding with your cell phone. The online bidding on the items will also be open to anyone, even if they aren't part of the Elizabethtown Chamber or at the event. Online bidding is open and the lots start closing around 7:30PM Thursday October 12th. The lots will move pretty quickly once they start closing so get your bids in fast. The lots should finish closing around 8:15pm. If you put a bid in the last minute of closing, there will be a minuted added of bidding so pay attention to whay you are bidding on.
