Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, October 21st from 1:00 - 4:00 PM CENTRAL TIME ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools. Richard Frerichs passed away in 2022 and his two daughters have inherited his home and all his treasurers. The girls have decided to not only sell his possessions but also his house on this auction. He loved to collect antiques and there is A LOT of them on this auction and some really neat pieces. There is also vehicles, a boat, tools and much, much more.
