BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.

Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. The chain is 17 inches long with a 1.75 inch long pendant while the earrings are about 1.5 inches long. The unknown stones are clear & root beer color. 70 10K White Gold Hoop Earrings With Diamonds. Hallmarked with diamonds top to bottom but not on the back. The small diamonds sparkle nicely. 71 Small 14K Gold Cameo Pendant & Earrings In Original Box 72 10K Gold Colored Stones & Diamond Ring This ring is hallmarked & the diamonds are real per our consignor. We do not know the colored stones which are clear in appearance�maybe tourmalines or possibly garnets. Size is about a 9. 73 10K Gold Ring With Pinkish Center Stone & Diamond Accents This ring is hallmarked & is about a size 7.5. The center stone is possibly a ruby�guessing. There are 2 diamond accents set in white gold on each side of the center stone.
