Highlights/Auctioneers Note:
Rich was an avid collector of model trains and played Santa Claus at the Christmas Fantasy Village for over 20 years. He loved Christmas and collected Santa items as well as trains. He also was the owner of Affordable Street Rods. This is the first of two auctions from this estate. This one will focus on the train collection, Christmas items, and other collectibles and household items. Auction includes model trains, Christmas decor, collectibles, vinyl records, barware and decor, and some vintage electronics. Shipping is available for most items. Click on the lot, then Additional Description to find out if an item or lot is available for shipping. The second auction will focus on the shop tools and items. Most items have been stored in a basement, and there is a cat in the house (for those with cat allergies). Parking is limited, so please be patient during pickup. Staff will be on hand to bring your items out to you. All items are sold in As Is Condition and not all items have been tested unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING:
- if shipping is needed, please pay online through the link on your invoice, or card by phone
   (we will run the card for the invoice, then run it again for the cost of shipping/handling)
- all items valued over 100.00 will be shipped with insurance
- all items valued over 200.00 will be shipped with insurance and signature required
- lots will be combined when it is possible
- if you have questions about shipping, please call or text before bidding
- shipping services available are UPS, FedEx, and USPS (we will use the carrier with the lowest cost to you)
- glass and figurine lots have a 5.00 minimum handling charge

*  All shipping is done in house. We have shipped thousands of unique and fragile items, and have experience in running packaging and shipping stores, so bid with confidence!

PICKUP:
- we accept cash, debit/credit card at the time of pickup
- we have staff on hand during pick up. They can assist in loading heavy items if needed but are not allowed to tie down or secure cargo. Staff will bring your items out to you, and folding tables will be available if you want to wrap or pack items.
