Upon completion of the bidding, the highest bid will be entered on the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the 10% Buyer's Premium will be added at the high bid amount and become the total purchase price and the offer will be presented to the seller(s) for acceptance or rejection. 3. DEPOSIT Upon acceptance of such bid by the Seller, the $10,000.00 The deposit, once paid, is nonrefundable. 4. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% Buyer's Premium shall be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price. 5. FINANCING All financing arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Buyer(s).
