Sales tax of 6% will be added to the entire invoice, including Buyer's Premium, unless the winning bidder supplies Ace Auctions LLC with a tax exempt certificate prior to auction closing. There is a .50 processing fee added to all credit card sales. If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us prior to auction close. TAX EMEMPT BUYERS: You must supply Ace Auctions with your resale certificate number prior to the auction close. Once the auction is closed and you have been invoiced and charged, no refunds will be given for sales tax. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
