All items must be picked up from their locations no later than 1 week after the sale has ended. If you need other arrangements please verify this with us. If items have not been picked up within the 1 week after auction has ended and there have been no other arrangements made, those items not picked up will be assumed forfeited and be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR FORFEITED ITEMS. All items won at our equipment lot (7380 Valley Rd Berkeley Springs, WV 25411) must be picked up within 7 days (including weekend) of auction closing. If these items are paid for and not picked up within the allotted time period there will be a storage fee of $25 per day from the 8th day not picked up until pick up. If you do not pick up within 20 days your item will be deemed forfeited and be resold. No refunds will be given for forfeited items left at our equipment lot. Winning bidders that refuse to pay invoices will have to pay buyer premium on item(s) won, there will be no buyer premium cap on items the winning bidder fails to pay total invoice for. All partial payments will not be refunded but will be used for auction company's compensation in damages. You will be permanently ban from all auction companies future auctions.
