Terms and Conditions of Sale:
BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchase.

It is hallmarked & is about a tight size 6. 119 14K Gold Large Size Bordeaux Topaz & Diamond Ring This is hallmarked, contains a checkerboard cut center stone surrounded almost the entire way around with diamonds & is about a size 9.25. The stone is about 7/16 of an inch across�close to half an inch. 120 Vintage 10k Gold Ruby & Diamond Ring This is hallmarked & is about a size 6.75. It looks like there are 8 small diamonds around the ruby. 121 Vintage 14K White Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring This ring is hallmarked & has two sparkling 10 point diamonds on each side of the sapphire. Size is about a 7.5. 122 14K White Gold Artcarved 16 Diamond Wedding Band Hallmarked with nice diamonds & signed Artcarved, this ring is about a size 10.25. The edging is an all around milgrain beading. Our camera cannot quite catch the flash of these diamonds. 123 Vntg 14K Gold Spray Opal & Pearls & Diamond Ring This is from the 80�s & possibly older. The pearls are freshwater & the diamond is small & nice. The ring is hallmarked & is almost a size 10.5. 124 Vintage 14K White Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring This is a beautiful ring set with baguette sapphires & having the sapphires range in color, left to right, from light to dark. The diamonds are round. It is hallmarked & is about a size 7.5. It retains it�s original price tag. 125 Vntg Men�s 10k Gold Mystic Topaz & Diamond Ring The diamonds are small & there are 3 on each side of the topaz that shows lots of color. The ring is hallmarked & is about a size 10.5. The shoulders of the ring are partly brushed gold. 126 Roseville Green Magnolia Pattern Console Bowl Ten inches across & in very nice condition with no chips or cracks that we could see. |
