Bidding is like eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. This is an online only auction to help liquidate a partial estate in Forest Meadows Estates in Chesterfield. These tools were adult owned and used by a model railroading fanatic. They are all clean and organized and all power tools work like they should. All items sell as fond with no improvements attempted. This sale has a soft closing beginning at 7:30 pm on Tuesday September 3 and pick up is 3 til 6pm on Thursday September 5. There is no alternate pick up days and any item not collected will be returned to the estate. A 10% buyers premium is added to all sales to help alleviate the cost of putting this auction on.
