All items must be removed during the defined dates and times of auction pick up. Failure to pick up and pay for items, the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose any rights, title, or interest of items. You may still be charged for property, even if abandoned. During the Auction you can check the status of your bid at any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. Bidding is like eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. Due to Auction being online. They are all clean and organized and all power tools work like they should. All items sell as fond with no improvements attempted. This sale has a soft closing beginning at 7:30 pm on Tuesday September 3 and pick up is 3 til 6pm on Thursday September 5. There is no alternate pick up days and any item not collected will be returned to the estate. A 10% buyers premium is added to all sales to help alleviate the cost of putting this auction on.
