Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.

Special Note - This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. Open House, Payment and pick up location is at the auction location at 9119 Rynn Road, Avoca, MI 48006. Also everything must be picked up and paid for within the designated times without exception. Times are Thursday September 5th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday September 6th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. No other pick up and payment times will be offered or accepted.
The owners of this estate have chosen to downsize and we at Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers are honored to have been chosen to liquidate by public online auction the assets they will not be taking with them.
