Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's acceptance of the following terms and conditions. 1. Visa and MasterCard accepted except from international buyers. International purchases to be paid by Western Union only. 2. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 4. All property is being sold as is. Inspection opportunities are available to those who wish to preview from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the day prior to Auction and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the auction. 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 6. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 7. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. Refunds will only be given on the hammer price of item. 10. Buyers Premium, Convenience Fee and shipping costs will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason. 11. In order to participate in this auction, you must be registered prior to Auction Day. The likelihood of being approved or responding to email questions on September 2 might be very low because of Auction Day Activity.
