If you wish to pay by cash or check, immediately notify us after the Auction has ended by email - JeffBooneAuctions@gmail.com Any purchases may be automatically charged to your credit card on file with a 3.99% fee on Monday, September11th at 12 PM Noon, if no payment has been received or contact made indicating you wish to pay by cash or check. For successful Buyers, A 10% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price on personal property. Real Estate has a 5% Buyers Premium charged to total price. Indiana 7% sales tax applies to personal property items. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer.
