It is our honor to be assisting the Family of Kenneth Howell with the dispersal of his estate.  Mr. Howell was known for his love of music, raising exotic birds, horses, and above all the love he had for his family and serving the Lord.  We will be offering some outstanding items at this auction, mark your calendar for Saturday SEPTEMBER 16th. 2023, the Personal Property Portion will begin at 10am, and Real Estate will be offered at 11am followed by the Tractor, Implements, and the 1960 Chevy Impala.  We have scheduled an Open House Event Sunday September 10th. from 2pm till 4:30pm.  This time is alloted for Inspections of the Real Estate and to allow viewing of the Personal Property Items.  This is going to be an outstanding auction, we look forward to seeing you there.

Real Estate Description w/ Terms & Conditions:  Land 10 acres of great pasture land which also includes one pond.  Almost every evening you will find 10 - 15 deer coming from the nearby woods in to the  backyard feeding and playing.  The home is a Two Bedroom, One Bath home (orginally a mobilehome),  this home has been added on to over the years.  The home does have a fenced backyard with a storage building and older storm shelter.  Just out back from the home you will find a recently built 30ft.x40ft.
