LOCATION OF REAL ESTATE: 56870 Hwy 136 Fairbury, NE 68352 LEGAL DESCRIPTION - N 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, NE 1/4 (1 Acre) & FR NW 1/4, NE 1/4 (1 Acre), Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Nebraska. GENERAL DESCIPTION: This acreage features approximately 2 acres.
