Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. It is highly recommended to go to the live preview and personally inspect items of interest. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium 10% per item up to $5000. Any item $5000 or over is 5% buyer premium Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Within a couple of hours after the auction has completely closed, winning bidders should receive an email with an invoice for purchases attached. To prevent the invoice email from going into your spam box, add orrellauctions@gmail.com to your safe sender list or address book . If you do not receive an email with invoice, call Jimmy at 870-723-9116. The Email will include directions to pick up location and designated time for pay and pick up. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, card, good personal or company check with verification of funds or cashiers check. Cashiers check is the required payment type on some items such as vehicles etc. . Check the extended description for additional info regarding cashiers checks. You may pay with card, if so, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the invoice total. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab for each auction. if you cant pick up during the designated pick up time DO NOT BID! Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy items. A loader tractor will be available for the items that require it No shipping is offered for this auction.

Larry Hill is retiring and selling the remaining items at his farm shop which includes a Cat Backhoe, 4-wheelers, welders, Gates hose machine, hose & fittings, bolt bins, lots of hand tools & electric tools, pumps, branding irons, fence wire, metal & scrap metal & misc. A couple of additional consignments include a Polaris Ranger & a Duracraft aluminum boat, motor & trailer. Mrs Bunker is selling items from the Bunker Estate including manual & electric hand tools, fish transport tanks, trailer, 2 small grader blades, vintage boat & RV, lots of scrap metal and a Ford backhoe that has been sitting for a few years but was working when parked. All the items from Hill and Bunker will be combined into one auction. Merchandise will be at different locations. Auction office & headquarters for payment and information will be at The former Paul Michael Building at 3696 S Hwy 65/82 in in Lake Village . Most of Mrs Bunker's items will be located at the Paul Michael building. Other Bunker items will be located behind the Pecan Grove RV Park about 1/4 mile further South on 65/82. Lots 1 through 302 - are Hill's auction items will all be located at Larry Hill's Shop just off County Rd 280 about 5 miles from Auction Headquarters. The best route to the shop with the most paved road and least amount of gravel road is from the Auction headqurters. Take AR 159 beside the church just north of the Paul Michael Bldg. , at the Y stay to the right ,cross the railroad track on to Clark Rd, after a couple of miles Clark Road Ts into County Rd 280, Take aright on 280, you can see the Hill shop ahead and to the left . Follow the auction signs Lots 400 through 539 are at the Paul Michael Building in the very back . You may enter the front or side doors at the back. Lots 539a - 565 ar at Ms Bunkers house and behind the house at the Pecan Grove RV Park . Lot 566 the iron barge is across the highway from the RV Park and Lots 567 through 570 are further south at the next pecan orchard. Stop at the Paul Michael builduing first to get specific information Payment for all items should be made at the Paul Michael building. Pick up items you may have there then proceed to the other locations with your paid receipt . Bidding opens Sat July 22nd at noon Live preview will be Thursday July 27th from 4pm til 6pm Bidding starts closing Fri. July 28th at 7 pm Pay and pick up Sat. July 29th 9am til 3pm . All must be paid for Sat July 29th. by 3pm. All items at Hill's shop and the Paul Michael building must be picked up Sat July 29th between 9am and 3pm. Scrap metal and Items behind the RV Park will need more time to remove but need to be paid for Sat 29th.
