All buyers are required to show proof of funds prior to the start of the Auction. No Exceptions.
No Equipment will be released day of sale. All payments must be made by certified check or wire transfer on Monday 8/21/23
· 13% Buyer's Premium is in Effect for Every Sale, 3% Discount for Cash or Check.
· Sales Tax is charged on each sale unless otherwise stated.
· Proper State Issued Identification is required for registration.
· All Invoices MUST be paid at the conclusion of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Payment: We accept Cash, Check (personal or company), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
· There is a $45.00 service fee on all Returned Checks.
· Removal for each sale varies.
· All items are sold As Is, Where Is based on your own inspection. No warranties or guarantees given.
