Bidder agrees that he has satisfied himself and is not relying on Auctioneers, nor are Auctioneers liable, for any matter in respect to the above. Failure to remove any item within allotted time will result in nullification of purchase and ownership will revert to Seller with no refunds extended. Auctioneer reserves the right to set the bidding increments at his discretion and may reject a nominal or fractional advance and reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during auction.
