SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Auction Terms & Conditions All bidders at Auctions On Demand acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions of sale and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If any bidder does not understand any of these terms and conditions, please email or ask a staff member for clarification before registering. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added on all lots purchased. Identification: All buyers are required to have a Bidder's Number to bid and will supply Auctions On Demand with their full name, address, and phone number. Addition of Lots to or Withdrawal of Lots from Sale: The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at the auction items not listed. The auctioneer also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide a lot into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. Bids: The Auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. Dispute Between Bidders: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the dispute or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell the lot to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Condition of Items Sold: The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, estimated selling price, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside due to any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfections not noted. No monetary deduction will be allowed on damaged items in a lot as all goods being offered for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Payment: Buyers must settle their accounts at the conclusion of the auction. All lots are to be paid in full by cash, approved check, Mastercard, Visa, or debit card at the close of the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold the merchandise bought until a buyer's check clears and reserves the right to not accept a check. A pre-auction authorization will be done to establish available credit; however, a buyer's credit card will NOT be charged until a purchase is made. If a buyer fails to pick up his/her purchases at the end of the allotted pick up times, the buyer's credit card will be charged for the lots purchased plus the applicable buyer's premium and state taxes. Shipping: Auctions On Demand can ship smaller items through USPS. All shipped items will be insured for the full purchase price, and all shipping costs must be paid for before the item or items are shipped. Auctions On Demand will also work with a buyer to find a freight or shipping company for larger items, but it will be the buyer's responsibility for the packaging and handling of said item or items. Auctions On Demand recommends that a buyer contact the auction company prior to purchasing an item to get general shipping information. South Carolina Sales Tax: State tax will be paid on the hammer price and the 15% buyer's premium. All purchases will be subject the sales tax unless the buyer provides Auctions On Demand with a valid resale certificate at the time of registration. Measurements and Sizes: All measurements and sizes are approximate. Minimum Bids: Minimum bids may be placed on some lots at the Auctioneer's discretion. Removal of Merchandise: Removal of items purchased by the buyer shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Purchases can be removed from the auction site only on the presentation of the paid bill. No lots may be removed from the auction site until the lots are checked out by Auctions On Demand auction staff. The auctioneer will not be responsible for lots or purchases not removed within the time specified for pick up, and the Auctioneer has the option of removing, storing, or reselling at the expense and risk of the buyer any lots or purchases left at the auction site after the specified pick up times. Claims: No claims will be allowed after lots or purchases are removed from the auction premises. Personal and Property Risk: Persons attending during previewing, sale, or removal of lots assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and/or property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability thereof. Neither the Auctioneer, his principal, nor his staff shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held. Records: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer, his bookkeeper, or his staff will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. All Lots Sold: All lots are to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cessation of Auction: Auctions On Demand has the right and obligation to cease or end any auction due to failure of the Internet or any other technical failures due to weather, equipment malfunction, or any other reason deemed as detrimental by the Auctioneer. Disputes Between Auctions On Demand and Buyers: In the case of a dispute that cannot be settled between Auctions On Demand and a buyer or customer, the dispute will be brought to arbitration and a settlement will be reached through arbitration. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added on all lots purchased. Identification: All buyers are required to have a Bidder's Number to bid and will supply Auctions On Demand with their full name, address, and phone number. Addition of Lots to or Withdrawal of Lots from Sale: The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at the auction items not listed. The auctioneer also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide a lot into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. Bids: The Auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. Dispute Between Bidders: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the dispute or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell the lot to the highest bidder. Condition of Items Sold: The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, estimated selling price, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No monetary deduction will be allowed on damaged items in a lot as all goods being offered for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold the merchandise bought until a buyer's check clears and reserves the right to not accept a check. A pre-auction authorization will be done to establish available credit; however, a buyer's credit card will NOT be charged until a purchase is made. Shipping: Auctions On Demand can ship smaller items through USPS. All shipped items will be insured for the full purchase price, and all shipping costs must be paid for before the item or items are shipped. Auctions On Demand will also work with a buyer to find a freight or shipping company for larger items, but it will be the buyer's responsibility for the packaging and handling of said item or items. Auctions On Demand recommends that a buyer contact the auction company prior to purchasing an item to get general shipping information. South Carolina Sales Tax: State tax will be paid on the hammer price and the 15% buyer's premium. SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Auction Terms & Conditions All bidders at Auctions On Demand acknowledge that they have read these terms and conditions of sale and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added on all lots purchased. Identification: All buyers are required to have a Bidder's Number to bid and will supply Auctions On Demand with their full name, address, and phone number. Addition of Lots to or Withdrawal of Lots from Sale: The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at the auction items not listed. The auctioneer also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide a lot into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. Bids: The Auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. Dispute Between Bidders: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the dispute or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell the lot to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute. Condition of Items Sold: The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, estimated selling price, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside due to any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfections not noted. No monetary deduction will be allowed on damaged items in a lot as all goods being offered for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Payment: Buyers must settle their accounts at the conclusion of the auction. All lots are to be paid in full by cash, approved check, Mastercard, Visa, or debit card at the close of the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold the merchandise bought until a buyer's check clears and reserves the right to not accept a check. A pre-auction authorization will be done to establish available credit; however, a buyer's credit card will NOT be charged until a purchase is made. If a buyer fails to pick up his/her purchases at the end of the allotted pick up times, the buyer's credit card will be charged for the lots purchased plus the applicable buyer's premium and state taxes. Shipping: Auctions On Demand can ship smaller items through USPS. All shipped items will be insured for the full purchase price, and all shipping costs must be paid for before the item or items are shipped. Auctions On Demand will also work with a buyer to find a freight or shipping company for larger items, but it will be the buyer's responsibility for the packaging and handling of said item or items. Auctions On Demand recommends that a buyer contact the auction company prior to purchasing an item to get general shipping information. South Carolina Sales Tax: State tax will be paid on the hammer price and the 15% buyer's premium.
