BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, July 15th from 10:00 - 12:00 PM CT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note - alternate date & time can be arranged for the walk in cooler since it will have to be disassembled. Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for the items you purchased in order to collect payment for our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The late Kenny Bellamy of Farnam, NE was known by many throughout southwest Nebraska for many things but was especially known as Farnam's local butcher. Kenny processed many cattle and hogs for lots and lots of folks over many, many years. Kenny passed away a few months ago and Doris has decided to sell everything in Kenny's butcher shop. This includes several pieces of meat processing equipment, walk in cooler and LOTS of freezers. Everything is believed to be in working condition unless otherwise stated in the lot description.
