All sales are final. To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473, you must present your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and buyer age.) Texas License to Carry Hand Gun license holder is exempt from the background check though they are required to complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver's License on hand.
