We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping Available On This Auction ONLY on Certain Lots! Lots will be Marked Accordlingly. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Thursday, July 6th from 12:00 - 2:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out time will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your purchases on behalf of our seller. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Don & Kathy Schaaf were long time residents of McCook and have both passed away. Their daughters have made the difficult decision to sell their parents possessions. Don was a huge WWII collector and also operated a website on Pearl Harbor. There is some unique WWII memorabilia along with furniture, antiques, kitchen, yard and basic household items.
