For specifics on Weatherstone Village Manufactured Home Community (MHC) standards requirements, call Sales Office, during  regular weekday business hours,  M-F, 219-874-5465.

Manufactured Home(s) described above and its contents** and appurtenances** are being sold at a Public LIVE Bid Auction, authorized by the respective MHC management company  - Lienholder and Innkeeper's Lien for unpaid rent and lien for storage charges. Contents and appurtenances may include (if any) all fixtures, appliances, furniture, mattresses, TV's, curtains, drapes, mini blinds, and all other window treatments, and all other personal property located within said manufactured mobile home, all blocking, tie-downs, and set up materials, awnings, porches, skirting, steps, antennas, sheds, and all clothing, personal property and belongings therein or upon said lot. Quantity of contents is a mixture - a home, may or may not have a garage and shed may be practically empty, while other homes, and/or garage and shed may have larger quantity of furniture and personal property belongings. IF there is a garage on the lot, its structure is to remain on-site and NOT be removed. However, garage contents must be removed. All properties are abandoned, no one currently lives in the home.

·        Affidavit of Sale or Disposal - Abandoned Manufactured Home (Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles - State Form 50635) with signed Auctioneer information.

 

Winning purchaser accepts and agrees to all responsibility of the listed home(s) from Auction date in processing paperwork in which to obtain title in their name. Furthermore, all monthly fees on the site where home(s) is located at the time of close of Auction will become responsibility of the purchaser beginning on Auction Day. Purchaser accepts and agrees to pay Weatherstone Village/Ingram Manor or  the ongoing monthly site fee beginning the date of public auction sale until this home(s) has either been resold to a qualified buyer who has signed a new lease with Weatherstone Village/Ingram Manor or listed home(s) has been removed from Weatherstone Village/Ingram Manor property.  If the home has not been sold to a qualified buyer within sixty (60) days from the date of public auction sale, the purchaser must complete a community application, obtain community approval for the site, sign the community lease and pay all required fees OR remove the home from the community immediately.
