Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition at the time of auction.  All Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any Lost, Damaged, Misplaced, or Stolen Items.  All Items are to be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.  If you have a Tax Resale number please provide a copy of your number to the auction company to be kept on file.  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, condition without any warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.  All items are to be paid for the day of auction.
