We will be there at 10am and will allow you to come and see this car. We will not be there until 2pm due to no electricity. Please text or phone us to let us know you are coming and we will wait. * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Note: Some items may not be available for shipping * Shipping: We will assist your shipper for pickup * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.
