HALL, Case # 0101-0001109-2020, I have seized and taken in execution and will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder, ALL THE RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST AND ESTATE OF SAID EDWIN D. HALL in and to all that fee simple lot of ground and improvements thereon situate in the City of Baltimore known as 5207 Wyndholme Circle, Unit 104, Baltimore, MD 21229.

 

 

And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the front steps of the Circuit Courthouse, 100 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, on

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 2023 AT 11:00 AM

TERMS: A deposit of $3,000.00 in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale.  The judgment creditor, if a bidder, shall not be required to post a deposit. Balance due in 30 days after final ratification of the sale by the District Court for Baltimore City. In the event the purchaser(s) fails to go to settlement as required, the deposit shall be forfeited and the Property may be resold at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The purchaser waives and releases the Sheriff of Baltimore City, the judgment creditor, the Auctioneer(s) and all employees and agents from any and all claims the purchaser and/or its successors and assigns may have or may have relating to the condition of the property and including without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss or damage as a result of Auctioneer’s participation in the auction.
