REGISTRATION To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. Returning bidders,will need to ensure all information is up to date. PAYMENT Winning bidders will recieve an invoice from Square to allow secure payment online. It is encouraged to pay online before arriving to help expedite pickup. Cash and card will be accepted at time of pickup. Bidders unknown to auction company may be required to pay cash at pickup or via wire transfer if items are being shipped. BUYER AGREES TO NOT ATTEMPT A CHARGE-BACK FOR ANY ONLINE PAYMENTS OR FOR CARD PURCHASES MADE AT PICKUP. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 13% fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $13.00. Your total invoice would be $113.00) ACCURACY Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed, Each bidder is encouraged to fully inspect the items before bidding. WARRANTY No items come with any warranty or return options. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied. AUCTION CHANGES Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice. SOFT CLOSING Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within one minute of its closing time, the lot will remain open for one additional minute. SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, including the buyers premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions. PICKUP/REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for pick up and removal of all items won. Please bring all necessary supplies, equipment & people needed for you take your items. SHIPPING Please contact us at 913.907.9258 before bidding if you will need shipping. Shipping is available for some small items in this auction. All invoices requiring shipping will incur a minimum of a $10 packing fee as these items will need to be taken back to our auction facility.
