All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material. Boone Auctions reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time. Buyers: Once invoiced, you have 24 hours to contact Boone Auctions to notify of payment arrangements. Please email JeffBooneAuctions@gmail.com with invoice and or bidder number with payment arrangements. All items must be paid for and removed by 6 PM on Monday, June 19th 2023. Any unpaid bills will result in revoked bidding privileges/immediate legal action. Credit cards on file for online bidders will be charged w/ a 3.99% fee if no contact has been made by this date. Terms: Cash, Check, & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Buyers Premium: 13% for Online Bidders - 10% for Onsite/In Person Bidders Sales Tax: No Sales Tax will be charged on this Estate Auction All items must be paid for & removed for by 6 PM on Monday, June 19th 2023. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Any items not picked up by this date will be be subject to being forfeited. Thursday, June 15th until 6 PM Friday, June 16th from Noon to 5 PM for items purchased on Thursday, Day 1 Saturday, June 17th until 6 PM Monday, June 19th from 10 AM to 6 PM final day to pickup. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell "AS-IS" "Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. No firearms will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States except to Alaska and Hawaii. After February 1, 2010, ammunition sold to purchasers in the state of California, can only be shipped to the purchaser's designated FFL Licensee. Ammo will not be shipped to Alaska. Auction costs do not include shipping cost of the firearm items purchased at auction. Upon completion of purchase for the items(s) won at auction, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local FFL holder to coordinate the transfer of the item(s) purchased. Purchasers local FFL holder will eventually need to email a copy of their transfer document (FFL LICENSE COPY) to "Guns@The2ndRight.com". Thursday, June 15th until 6 PM Friday, June 16th from Noon to 5 PM for items purchased on Thursday, Day 1 Saturday, June 17th until 6 PM Monday, June 19th from 10 AM to 6 PM final day to pickup. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell "AS-IS" "Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. Any firearm that accepts a primer fed cartridge or shell or any metallic cartridge of any kind (including those considered relic or curios) will only be shipped directly to FFL holders or the purchasers designated FFL licensee. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearm will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazines. No firearms will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States except to Alaska and Hawaii. After February 1, 2010, ammunition sold to purchasers in the state of California, can only be shipped to the purchaser's designated FFL Licensee. Ammo will not be shipped to Alaska. Auction costs do not include shipping cost of the firearm items purchased at auction. Upon completion of purchase for the items(s) won at auction, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local FFL holder to coordinate the transfer of the item(s) purchased.
