BUYERS PREMIUM: A 12% "buyer's premium" will be added to the successful bidder's high bid and will be included in the total purchase price. A 3% surcharge will be charged when using a credit card. NC sales tax for Wayne County will be added (6.75%) unless you have an tax exempt/resale form (E-595E form).
PAYMENT: Cash, credit card or money order will be acceptable means of payment. HiBid will not be charging your credit card. If you win the bid, you will pay for your items when you pick it up.
NO WARRANTIES: The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. Buyer's complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" if any. LOAD OUT: All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. All items are the responsibility of the purchaser when pronounced sold. At this auction, you will be allowed to pick up items the following day (Friday, May 5th) between the hours of 3pm-7pm, by appointment only! Please do not show up expecting to get your items if you did not make an appointment because you will have to wait, thank you. Please call (919)222-8479 to make your appointment. Items not picked up the following day after the auction shall be subject to forteiture. Neither the seller nor Aycock Auction are responsible for damage or theft.

This is the estate of Bobby G. Stevens (Deceased) . Mr. Stevens and his brothers ran a carpet business in Goldsboro, NC for over 20 years. This auction will start on Monday, April 24th at 2pm and end on Thursday, May 4th at 7pm. There will be carpet installing tools & supplies, dining room set, KIng size bedroom set, Barbie's from the 60's & 70's, dishes, wood heater insert, cabinets, TV tables, ladders, disc blades, hillers, sweeps, tools, wooden handicap ramp (like new), etc. There will be a 12% buyers premium added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75%. HiBid will not charge your credit card. You will pay for your items when you come to pick them up on Friday, May 5th from 3-7, by appointment only. The address will be on the invoices that will be sent out to the buyers after the auction.
