Auction Terms & Conditions By bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, any/all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Bidders are approved for online bidding, upon registration, based on the information provided by HiBid as well as a buyers previous record. The auction company has the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders. 2. All items are sold As-Is. All information contained in descriptions is believed to be accurate; however, no information provided is guaranteed. The auction company, or staff, shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies. Preview and Inspection, prior to bidding, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The bidder assumes all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot. 3. Bidders acknowledge there is a 20% Buyers Premium which will be added to all winning bids, and will be payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost. 4. All Sales are subject to the 6.35% CT Sales Tax. 5. All items MUST be paid for, in full, no later than the day after the auction ends. Upon failure to pay, the auction company reserves the right to void any unpaid invoices, and to ban the unpaid bidder from future auctions. Payments will be processed directly through HiBid unless specified otherwise. Auctioneer reserves the right to require certified funds. 6. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. All items are shipped within 5 business days, once full payment has been received by the auction house. 7a. Each Lot will be shuped and include a $5 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost per lot won. WE COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE LOTS WON. So, 1 lot/item includes a $5 handling fee. And, 2 or more lots/items won will be bundled and just include a total handling fee of $5. The reason we charge the same $5 handling fee, whether its for 1 lot, or for multiple lots, is because we dont believe in making money off of shipping, So the cost per box, packing supplies, etc, is generally the same cost for us whether its 1 item or several items and we pass this savings on to you, 8 -A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made themselves acquainted with these conditions of sale. The person has examined the items to their satisfaction, or has chosen not to personally examine items and has agreed to be bound by the said conditions 9. Olde Tyme Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 10. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item/lot before or during the sale. 11. Neither Auctioneer nor Consignor shall be liable for any personal injury on the premises where sale shall be held 12. We reserve the right to cancel and / or reopen the auction in the case of a system failure. 13. Olde Tyme Auctions Weekly Sports Card Auction Most of our auctions are graded cards and complete sets, but we have such a large inventory of ungraded/raw sports cards, that we thought we would start adding them to our weekly auctions. We are starting our lots at our consignors reserve price so that you know what the minimum bid is to win the lot, but the bidding could go much higher. It is possible that as the auction nears the end, some lot prices could be lowered if we receive permission from our sellers to drop the reserve price. It doesnt happen often, but it does happen from time-to-time. If you have a question, or need an additional picture on a specific card, just email us and we will provide more pics, and answer any questions. We usually add more lots each day so be sure to check back. Our 3rd party combines shipping and handling on multiple lots won so the more you buy the more you save since its a one-time handling fee. We hate to see bidders win one lot and pay the same handling fee as those that win multiple lots. So, please keep in mind the handling fee when bididng. Thank you and best of luck.
