A pickup date will be set for this auction as well as times set for that date. The Auction company will ship your item (s) if you are out of the area and will advise you of the shipping charges prior to shipping. A pickup date will be set for this auction as well as times set for that date. In the event you fail to pick up your winning items during the set date and times your items (s) will be considered as abandoned and they will then become the property of the auction company. The Auction company will ship your item (s) if you are out of the area and will advise you of the shipping charges prior to shipping. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged to the buyer’s credit card in addition to the high bid cost and buyer’s premium for any and all items.

There will be a 18% Buyers Premium added to the high bid to determine the total sales price of any and all items. All winning bidder’s credit card will be charged at the end of auction provided any set reserves have been met.
All items are being offered in an AS IS, WHERE IS, and HOW IS condition. There will be no oral, written or implied warranty of any kind on any or all items.
Once the Bidder has been declared the high bidder of any or all items, those items are then declared the bidder (s) and the high bidder takes full responsibility of those items.
Pick up times have been set for this auction and is indicated in this advertisement and will appear on the winning bidder’s emailed invoice prior to the pickup date and times. It will include the times and date of pickup.
Bidders are advised that any and all items not picked up at the designated date and times will be considered abandoned after five days and will become the property of the auction company and you are still responsible for full payment.
