Please email the auction company if you have questions. ENDING DATE & TIME: This auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The auction features a soft close. If a bid is placed in the final two minutes of closing, that lot closing time will extend an additional two minutes until no other bids are placed on that lot. The closing rate is 2 to 3 lots per minute. PICK-UP TERMS: By Appointment only. An email and text will be sent to you following the closing of the auction through our shipping app (Shipping Saint). You will be able to sign up for a pick-up appointment or chose shipping (if applicable). You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Auction crew is not available to assist in removal and loading - Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. Vehicles are released only after funds are cleared. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions. If you are located within 2 hours of Perkiomenville PA, we will assume you will require shipping. See descriptions to be aware of what we are willing to ship. SHIPPING: No shipping on large, odd sized, hazardous content, or full (liquid) items. No glassware shipping. Some items are specifically listed as no shipping – this is not a conclusive list - PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING! If item is shippable according to auction co, in-house shipping is available for $10 per box packaging fee plus insurance and shipping charges. We will automatically assume that shipping is needed for anyone out of the state of PA or beyond 2-hour drive, unless other arrangements are made. An alternate third-party shipper (UPS Store, Gilbertsville PA or other) may be utilized for oversized items at the discretion of the auction company. If a bid is placed in the final two minutes of closing, that lot closing time will extend an additional two minutes until no other bids are placed on that lot. The closing rate is 2 to 3 lots per minute. PICK-UP TERMS: By Appointment only. An email and text will be sent to you following the closing of the auction through our shipping app (Shipping Saint). You will be able to sign up for a pick-up appointment or chose shipping (if applicable). You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Auction crew is not available to assist in removal and loading - Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. Vehicles are released only after funds are cleared. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions. If you are located within 2 hours of Perkiomenville PA, we will assume you will require shipping. See descriptions to be aware of what we are willing to ship. SHIPPING: No shipping on large, odd sized, hazardous content, or full (liquid) items. No glassware shipping. Some items are specifically listed as no shipping – this is not a conclusive list - PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING! If item is shippable according to auction co, in-house shipping is available for $10 per box packaging fee plus insurance and shipping charges. We will automatically assume that shipping is needed for anyone out of the state of PA or beyond 2-hour drive, unless other arrangements are made.
