If you do not pick up within 20 days your item will be deemed forfeited and be resold. No refunds will be given for forfeited items left at our equipment lot. Winning bidders that refuse to pay invoices will have to pay buyer premium on item(s) won, there will be no buyer premium cap on items the winning bidder fails to pay total invoice for. All partial payments will not be refunded but will be used for auction company's compensation in damages. You will be permanently ban from all auction companies future auctions.
